Ordering

Can you personalize a journal for me?

Yes! Please contact us at support@say-amen.com to get a quote.

How do I redeem my coupon code?

You can enter any promotional codes once you press Checkout.

Please enter any promotional codes prior to purchase. Promotional codes cannot be applied once the order is paid for.

Why is my coupon code not working?

If your coupon code is not working, it may be expired or you may not have met the eligibility requirements. You can also only have 1 promotion per order.

How can I get assistance if I need it?

Shipping

How long before my order ships?

Our products are printed-to-order to ensure best quality. Please allow 1-3 business days for printing and processing. Your order may be shipped in separate packages to ensure fastest delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $35 USD ship for free using standard ground services within the continental United States.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping services

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we do! Please enter your correct address upon checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@say-amen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
